Getting started with us

It is sometimes difficult to acknowledge that it is time to ask for a little help or support.  You may be currently unhappy with your present homecare arrangements or that you require a better level of care.  There are many ways we can help and support you to live independently at home.  It may be housekeeping, medication reminders, meal preparation, personal care, companionship or support following a hospital discharge.

We are here to listen to you to make starting up a home care package as simple and as straightforward as possible.
Whatever your needs, a regular visit could make all the difference.  With our flexible arrangements, it need not be as daunting as you may think.

Five quick steps to PentaCare..

1. Call us

When you feel you may be ready to get some care or support, just give us a call.  We will help you understand your choices for you to make decisions with confidence. We discuss your options with you and your family so that you have all the information you need to determine what is the best outcome for you.

3. Your care plan

Once we have all the information you have given us, we begin to formulate and devise the best Care Plan for you. Your Care Plan should meet all your requirements and set out your goals and what you want to achieve, as well as what we will do to make that happen.

2. Care assessmnet

It is the little things that make a big difference. Knowing this, we take the time to discover what the little things are for you, as well as fully understand your care needs. That’s why we send a Care Manager to visit you in your home to discuss your care and support needs and answer any questions – at no-cost and no obligation.

4. If you are satisfield

Once you are satisfied with the Care Plan, our Care Manager will clearly outline all the costs related to your service. We will discuss the affordability of the Plan with you and, if necessary, adjust the Plan accordingly. If you are satisfied with all aspects of our proposal we will move to the next step.

5. Care giver matching

Your care assessment helps us discover more about your lifestyle, personality and preferences so that we can find the caregiver most suited to you. Your language, culture, personality and interests are what make you who you are, so we pride ourselves on finding a caregiver who can support you.

Getting it right for you

We believe that continued monitoring of what we do and communication with you is vital to ensure that you get the service you require. Once a service has started, we will actively look to get your views on how the Care Plan is being delivered and how we can improve it.
